The Louisiana Oyster Jubilee celebrates Louisiana's rich musical and culinary culture with live music, food and fun in the heart of the French Quarter. It was founded in 2007 by New Orleans Musical Legends, Inc. and the Louisiana Seafood Promotion & Marketing Board and will continue to grow year after year into a wonderful New Orleans tradition.
